"Attitude problem"

I went to get a car seat not knowing what to get for my mams car.for my grandson who I look after with additional needs. My mam asked for advise by a member of store staff. I was asked to know my grandsons weight which I didn't know off hand tri er d to rem was told quite abruptly it goes on child weight in a sharp tone said so far you've told me several weights said I wasn't sure will look in book .mam said can I not get a seat he said if u get one on your head be it in abrupt manner I was going to go out and not come in store ever again as staff didn't seem pleasant at all my opinion.
