That's strange I too received a fine for over staying my welcome 18.11.2017 by 31 minutes ! is this is a coincidence or a con? I did appeal but it was rejected as apparently there were 'no reports of congestion that day'! What at 14:05 ?

I think these people want to experience it themselves to know how bad it is

and apparently the retailers think 4 hours is enough to shop and eat! well one thing for sure I will not be back, I will take my business elsewhere..
