"Laura saves the day"

Apart from the excellent products and service within the store Iwould like to thank the store for helping me regarding the the parking charge I received in the post after a recent visit to durham arnison centre.

The member of staff who helped me went beyond her call of duty,thank you.

I was totally unaware of any parking restrictions and charges which seem to be slap hazardly sent out to customers.

Please be aware for I dont think I would trust parking anywhere at the centre at the moment until this issue is sorted.

Shame looks like laura ashley will be my only stop here from now on..
